Switzerland – Belarus Prediction 1 June 2017

Switzerland national team will have a friendly match against the Belarus team at their home ground in Neuchatel on Thursday, the 1st of June. The Bankers are approaching the match as obvious favorites in the couple and it is hard to disagree with that, considering the class of the future competitors. The Swiss team is currently a very strong squad, which can give fight even to European grands, however this cannot be said about the Belarussians, as the future guests are more likely to be called outsiders.

The Swiss are playing in World Cup’s qualifying group B, the final part of which will be held in Russia in 2018. After five played rounds, the Bankers have 15 points in the asset, i.e. 100% result. Moreover, the Swiss confidently defeated Portugal national team in the first round, which is the reigning champion of Europe, and in the five matches the Swiss conceded only three goals.

Unlike Switzerland national team, everything is not so great for the Belarus team. The eastern Slavs are in 2018 World championship qualification group A along with the teams of France, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Sweden and Luxembourg. After five played matches, the future guests have only two points in the asset, no victories and only two scored goals in opponents’ net.

The Swiss probably won’t use their first squad in the upcoming friendly match, therefore one should not expect an easy victory over the outsider. But it is important to note, that both future competitors can hardly be called upper teams. The Swiss have good defense, whereas they don’t score that much, while the Belarussians have troubles with efficiency in general.

Prediction for the match: Under 3.0 goals scored
